When the engine in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma blew six weeks ago, I was devastated. After three weeks of searching for the right shop, I chose Auto Med—and I'm so glad I did. Bobby went above and beyond, offering trusted sources for a replacement engine and preparing my bid within 24 hours. His communication was outstanding, and he always took the time to speak with me whenever I called or visited. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly committed to quality work. They diagnosed exactly why the engine failed and showed me the damaged part. My truck was repaired on schedule and with excellent craftsmanship. Auto Med earned my trust, and I highly recommend them.
I've written a 5-star review for this place before, but I end up there annually when I am passing through (Darn Truck!). Bobby talks me through the problem and solutions, and fixes my rig while I wait. Plus he is easy to reach by phone and text. He is able to use his intellect to problem-solve instead of just taking the "gun-shot" approach to randomly replacing things and hoping he got it right. He has always given me good recommendations and I trust his integrity.
We were in town for the Parade of Homes when our power steering went out. Bobby was the only mechanic able to fit us in right away. We had to rent a car for the day while they diagnosed and fixed the problem, but Small Town Auto Rentals was only a 10 minute walk and they helped us out too. Bobby and his team did a great job finding us a good deal on parts and got the car fixed so we could get home. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend.
